REGISTRATION RULES

Registrations will be made by Internet on the event website. Registrations can be made through the system until June 26th 2017, after this date, the registrations can only be made at the local secretariat of the Congress.

Cancellation of registrations
Cancellations shall be requested by email (registrobrasil@mci-group.com) until June 10, 2017.  If payment has already been made, a refund of 70% of the amount paid will be made, 30% of which will be withheld for administrative fees.  After this date, refund will not be made.  Refunds will be made up to 30 days after the end of the event.  Registered that do not cancel their participation and do not attend the event will be charged the full amount of the registration.

Registration Transfer
Transfer of registration/change of names shall be requested by e-mail (registrobrasil@mci-group.com) until June 10, 2017 (if the substitution of an associate is made with a non-member, the amount of the difference will be charged).  After that date, the changes can be made upon an administrative fee of 100.00 reais.
